2020 ASHI Washington Chapter Education Program: Spring Seminar

The deadline for any refunds or changes is _ March 14, 2020.
We reserve the right to make a schedule and/or topic changes as may be required.

What: ASHI Washington Spring Seminar will be held at Everett Community College

7:30 am – 9:30 am – Aaron Menlove – InspectorPro Insurance Program

Understanding Insurance Policies – Errors and Omissions and General
Liability. All the details you need to understand so you are operating within
the coverage of your policy. – 2 credits

Break

9:30 am – 11:30 am – Mike Lubliner – Senior Building Science Specialist
WSU Energy Code Hotline
Residential Energy Code Compliance. The 2018 Washington State Energy
Code (WSEC) will be in effect throughout the state on July 1st, 2020. WSU
Energy Program will provide a seminar that will focus on current 2015 and
commonly misunderstood requirements. – 2 credits

Lunch Epic Catering Company

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Mike Lubliner
This discussion will focus on general HVAC systems requirements in the
current WSEC-R 2015 and new WSEC-R 2018 – 2 credits

Break

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Buell Inspections – Charlie Buell – Water Heaters and
Related plumbing – 3 credits

Building exit 6:00 pm
